One Year Contract
30000-60000 ton per month = US$194/ton
90000 ton per month = US$191/ton
120,000 ton per month or up = neg.
HMS 1 (ISRI 200-202)
One Year Contract
30000-60000 ton per month = US$199/ton
90000 ton per month = US$196/ton
120,000 ton per month or up = neg
Terms and Procedure:
1) LOI with full banking ***ails and permission for soft probe, issued exclusively to ______________ (Please specify the dollar amount of the LC you will be opening)
2) Seller provides FCO to be signed and returned by buyer.
3) Contract will be provided for negotiations
4) Buyer will pre-advise LC via SWIFT MT-705 (For SBLC and BG Payment only) to seller¡¯s bank. (This does not constitute an in-operative LC nor does it require buyer to open a LC.) Together with the signed final contract the buyer has to send a draft swift, with the exact language they want to use for the MT-705. Buyer has to confirm this draft swift with their bank and make sure it will match on the actual SWIFT.
5) Upon receipt of acceptable SWIFT in this regard, Seller will open an in-operative SBLC via bank-to-bank SWIFT naming the Buyer as beneficiary in the total amount of the PB. This will serve as the in-operative PB
6) Buyer¡¯s active SBLC will make operative Seller¡¯s PB
7) Shipment schedule commences
